We are all independent contractors and make our own hours, so please if we do not pick up the phone leave a voice mail and we will return your call as soon as possible!
We require 24 hours notice if you are going to cancel your appointment. If it is your first time into our day spa we just ask that you confirm your appointment with a credit card. You will not be charged anything on your credit card until after your appointment. You will still need to bring your credit card to the appointment after services are rendered if you choose to use this as your method of payment. If you cannot make your appointment and have to cancel without 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the service charge because we have our technician waiting for you. If you have already been to our spa before you are not required to confirm your appointment with a credit card. Continued cancellation may result in limited scheduling availability. If you are running late please call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
